The staff at Audible Hearing Center were amazing. I’ve worn hearing aids before but the process and experience was not good. I cant say that about Audible. The staff was so helpful with explaining the entire process as you go. They took the time to make the fit perfect for me and so much more. There was no pressure financially for me to make a decision. I did order my hearing aids from them and look forward to working with them again. If you are looking into hearing aids give Audible a try…you wont be disappointed.

Was very happy with my husband's experience. Got an appointment quickly and received hearing aids within a few days. Staff was friendly and helpful... I would recommend to whoever has hearing issues. And the best thing he can hear more clearly.

Front office person (Emily) very friendly, professional and made me feel welcome. Hearing Specialist, Kathy, also friendly and very professional. She explained everything about the tests, allowed for me to ask questions and went over the results- explaining things in terms that were easily understood. I definitely will return and am very glad I came.

We were very satisfied with the staff. Everything was explained to us thoroughly but were surprised at the cost and also what portion the insurance company would pay. I’m checking with my insurance company to see just how much they will cover.
