Kathy was kind, thorough, and went the extra mile to lend me a temporary hearing aid while she arranged to have my. Starkey sent to their lab for 7-10 days. Kathy patiently answered my many questions to my satisfaction and I look forward to receiving an upgraded and repaired hearing aid back in my possession soon. I'm so glad I found "Audible Hearing Center" (Oak Ridge, TN) on the internet. It made the drive from Deer Lodge (TN) very worthwhile. I have not been paid for this reviewand this is my honest and actual experience.

They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and help maintain your devices. They clean and check them quarterly. My first set lasted over 10 years and sadly my hearing had declined so I had to go with more powerful devices which they fitted and helped me get them working optimally for me.
