Kathy O’Brian is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is originally from San Angelo, Texas and moved to Oak Ridge Tennessee in 2024. Kathy attended The University of Texas at Austin and started working at Audibel Hearing Centers in 2023. Kathy began working in the hearing industry in 2014 and was drawn to the profession because she is passionate about helping people live their best lives.
What Kathy loves most about saving hearing lives is observing improved quality of lives and relationships. Kathy strives to maximize hearing experiences in everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, she loves hobbies such as spending time with family and friends.
Emily Huffaker, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Emily Huffaker is the Patient Services Coordinator in Oak Ridge and Kingston. Emily is originally from Knoxville Tennessee, Emily attended the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and started working at Audibel in 2023.
Emily was drawn to the profession because she feels a deep desire to help people in need. What Emily loves most about saving hearing lives is the joy on her patients faces when they return from buying their aids and hearing a whole new world. Emily strives to make a personal connection with each patient every day.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Emily loves spending time with her family outside.
